HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
I start booking 1-1.5 years out. So once your wedding date is booked, reach out to me to check if I have availability. Due to high-demand, dates are not secured without a deposit. To check my availability, fill out my enquiry form with as much detail as possible, and i will be in touch soon!
DO YOU WORK WITH WEDDING PLANNERS OR AGENCIES?
I handle all bookings and communication directly with my brides to ensure a personal and seamless experience. I do not take bookings through wedding planners or third-party agencies.
You’re very welcome to contact me directly for availability, pricing, and any questions you may have. All bookings and payments are made directly with me to keep everything clear, secure, and straightforward.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?
I am based in Kefalonia and travel all round the island but also cover other surrounding islands. I also love destination weddings and am happy to travel to Athens or abroad... Travel fees are calculated from my home and will be included in your personalised quote. Depending on location and travel time, accommodation may be required the night before.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM BOOKING FEE?
There is no minimum booking requirement. However, for elopements or smaller bridal parties, I kindly ask that you let me know in advance so I can carefully plan my day and accommodate additional appointments, such as trials, where possible.
WHERE WILL MY TRIAL APPOINTMENT BE HELD?
All Bridal hair appointments are held at my studio in argostoli. If you request a trial appointment to be held at your location, additional charges for travel will apply as specified in the booking process.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY TRIAL?
It's completely normal with destination weddings, to have the trial a few days before the wedding day. So just let me know the date of your arrival in kefalonia, and around a month before the wedding, i will reach out to schedule our trial for when you are in kefalonia.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE ON THE WEDDING DAY?
I’m accustomed to early starts but understand not everyone wants to rise at dawn on their wedding day! For larger parties of 8+ or early ceremonies, I may recommend an additional artist to ensure a smooth service. A fee per additional artist will apply. An early start fee does apply for bookings that require a start time before 7:00am
CAN YOU STAY FOR TOUCH UPS THROUGHOUT THE WEDDING DAY?
If you require additional time or a second look/evening style, please inform us when submitting your enquiry. Pricing will be calculated based on your requirements.
HOW DOES THE BOOKING WORK?
After your additional enquiry i will reply back to you with my availability on your wedding date. I will send you all pricing and the guide with more information to mostly cover any questions you might have.
I do require a deposit to secure the date.
After that you can relax and enjoy your wedding planning until a few months before when your schedule is finalised and you know the exact amount of people for hair.Once your photographer has made a timeline, and gives you a time you need to be ready, you can reach out to me so i can make our schedule. I handle the details and keep everything on track so you can relax and focus on enjoying your special day.
WHEN WILL YOU ARRIVE?
My arrival time is carefully scheduled by working backwards from your photographer’s arrival time, to ensure you are ready on time for photos.
I simply require the time you need to be fully ready by (hair and makeup complete), along with confirmation of which bridal hair package you have chosen. From there, I will create a schedule for the morning.
To ensure everything runs smoothly and on time, all members of the bridal party must be present and ready at my arrival time. Everyone’s hair must be dry unless advised otherwise.
WHEN IS THE FINAL BALANCE DUE?
The remaining balance is due on the wedding day or if you prefer on our trial appointment in cash preferably.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained to cover the reserved date. Cancellations made within 4 months of the wedding date may require full or partial payment, as the date has been exclusively reserved.
HOW SHOULD WE PREPARE OUR HAIR FOR THE DAY?
All hair must be clean and completely dry upon arrival unless otherwise advised.
Please wash your hair the day or night before your appointment, using shampoo twice. Ensure it is fully dried with a hairdryer for the best results—do not allow it to air dry. Avoid using any hairspray or styling products beforehand.
This applies to all members of the bridal party.
WHAT IF I OR A MEMBER OF THE BRIDAL PARTY IS UNWELL?
If you or any member of the bridal party is feeling unwell or has a contagious condition, please inform me as soon as possible. This allows me to take the necessary precautions to protect myself and ensure I do not impact other bridal bookings.
